Package 3 is the essential minimum for most listings. Zillow finds buyers give more attention to listings with aerial photos. Adding 3D tours and floorplans are also proven ways to make your listings stand out!

​

Sky replacement is an option for most exterior photographs with no added charge.

​

You may need aerial reconnaissance to check on your property. A quote can be provided for this, based on your requirements.

See the Portfolio page for examples of community photos. Community photographs are copyrighted, and Air Drone Ops LLC reserves the right to make multiple sales of the same image. However, with a one-time purchase of these photos, the purchaser is granted the right to use them in an unlimited number of listings. This will be documented on your invoice.

​ Size and Travel Fees

​​

• Size (square feet): Homes or commercial properties larger than 4000 SF are charged an additional $100.

​

• Size (acreage): Homes or commercial properties larger than 10 acres of land are charged an additional $100.

​

• Travel: There is no travel fee in the Ocala and Gainesville area. Travel time in excess of one hour is charged $180 per hour, prorated to five-minute intervals. Time is determined from Google Maps' estimate from the "Ocala, FL" start location. Travel returning from the photography shoot is not charged. For example, for a shoot near Cedar Key, the travel time is one hour and 17 minutes. The first hour is not charged so the travel charge will be $45 (3 five-minute intervals X $15 per interval). The map shows the approximate area where the travel charge does not apply. Towns and cities near the free-travel limit include High Springs, Interlachen, Leesburg, Bushnell, Lecanto, Crystal River, Inglis, Otter Creek, Chiefland, and Trenton.
