Your satisfaction is very important. If you are not satisfied with our services and identify the issues within three days of product (images, video files, etc.) delivery and you do not use the delivered products for commercial purposes, we will refund your payment in full.

This website offers visitors information about our photography and videography services. When requesting a photoshoot, you agree that you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to purchase our service and you enter a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services are on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing is available on the Services page. We deliver digital products for which sales tax is not applicable in the state of Florida.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Digital files (photography, video, and other media) you purchase from Air Drone Ops LLC may be published by you for purposes of real estate sales. It is expected that purchased media will be publicly published and Air Drone Ops reserves the right to publish media it has delivered on the Air Drone Ops LLC website.

 

You agree to indemnify and hold Air Drone Ops LLC harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
